1. The water quality is polluted by multiple substances. The polluting substances mainly include solid suspended matter and microorganisms.
The quality of water used in oral diagnosis and treatment varies.
(1). The number of colonies in the water supply system itself exceeds the standard;
(2). The back suction of high-speed handpieces and triple syringes will cause the risk of cross-infection of infectious diseases;
(3). The biofilm in the waterway continuously releases bacteria into the water.
At present, only pollution control treatments such as filtration, cleaning and using some chemical disinfectants can be carried out on the waterway of the comprehensive dental treatment unit
2. Microorganisms in oral diagnosis and treatment bring potential infection risks to doctors, patients and the environment through transmission routes such as contact, air and droplets.
In the field of healthcare, using the BDD water recombination technology to decompose water into strong oxidants such as O3 (ozone), O (single oxygen) and ·OH (hydroxyl radical) to disinfect waterways is more efficient and convenient. And it can disinfect the air environment of wards, operating rooms, etc., which is more comprehensive and safer.
